I usually go by the simple test of “can I get in and download without messing around?” and this passed for me. Access came through quickly, and the downloads opened just fine with no issues.

I was trying not to spend too much, so I was happy to find this at a lower price than I expected. It’s not anything fancy, but it did what I needed it to do. For what I paid, I feel like it was a solid deal.

The site was easy to use overall. I’d say about 8 out of 10 times the menus were right where I expected them to be. Search felt a little slow, maybe by a second or two, but I still found what I needed without much trouble.

I used examcollection.com for a few weeks before taking my cert exam. Some of the questions were actually helpful and gave me a better feel for the format, so it wasn’t a complete waste of time.

That said, a lot of it felt outdated or just didn’t line up with what I saw on the real exam. The explanations were either missing or way too short, so I felt like I was memorizing answers more than actually understanding it.

By the end, it didn’t help me as much as I hoped it would. It might be okay if you just want some quick practice, but I definitely wouldn’t count on it as your only study resource.

I don’t hate using it, but sometimes it feels like certain parts haven’t been updated in a while. When I’ve reached out or looked for improvements, I kind of get that “just another ticket number” feeling instead of feeling like someone’s actually listening. It works, but it could definitely feel more current and more personal.

my payment went through okay, but the billing email didn’t show up right away. it wasn’t a huge deal, but i was a little unsure for a while. support did get back to me later, so it all worked out.

The site itself did what I needed, so I can’t really complain too much there. But reading between the lines, it kind of felt like customer support isn’t a big priority for them. I messaged about an issue and didn’t hear back for a few days, and when they finally replied, it was brief and didn’t really solve much. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but if people are paying for the service, support should definitely be faster and more useful.

I thought the answers were good overall, and the explanations actually helped instead of just giving the final result. I was reading through them while drinking coffee at my kitchen table, and most of it made sense quickly. Nothing super fancy, but definitely useful
